Development Path And Implementation Strategy Of BIM Application In Construction Enterprise

Building Information Modeling as an emerging technology which has visual function plays an important role in the information reform of construction industry,it can achieve the information sharing of building's whole life,improve engineering quality,speed up the work on project and save resource.Foreign BIM technology has been developing rapidly under the impetus of the state and enterprises.The application rate of BIM in the United States,Singapore and other countries and regions is high,and initially realizes specialization and standardization.At present,the application of BIM in China is not mature,the actual implementation of BIM application is not very smooth and even has some obstacles and difficulties.This paper analyses difficulties about the promotion of BIM application,from the current situation of BIM application promotion in China,combined with methods of literature study,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,research the potential factors which influencing the enterprises promote the BIM application,summarize five potential variables:economic benefit,personnel and organization,BIM standard and law,technical level and application management.Establish 20 observed variables from the perspective of accessibility,put forward 6 proposition assumption,building SEM,make quantitative analysis of influence factors,using the SPSS software to analyze the reliability and validity,using AMOS software to identify,fitting and correct the model,finally get the optimization model,and then verify the proposition hypothesis.Through standardized path coefficient and effect value to determine the key influence factors,and base on this,put forward implementation strategy of reasonable development path for enterprises to promote the BIM application,from four aspects:application management,standard and policy,technical level,personal organization.Finally,apply the research results in a project which is constructed in XiaMen.The empirical analysis results show that the practicability of the research production.This paper set up the evaluating indicator system of BIM application for project item,build the BIM application capacity level equation,and summarizes the path and strategy for the application and popularization of BIM.It plays a theoretical guidance and practical decision-making role for BIM application and promotion of construction enterprises.
