Study On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Building Industrialization Development In Gansu Province

China is accelerating the construction of "resource-saving" and "environment-friendly" society,vigorously developing circular economy and taking the new urbanization road.Industrialization of construction reduces carbon emissions,improves labor productivity,environmental benefits and shortens construction period,which not only meets the development requirements of China in the new era,but also is an inevitable choice to achieve the goal of "double carbon".Due to the underdevelopment of Gansu Province,the development of construction industrialization in Gansu Province has encountered difficulties,hindering the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,so it is particularly important to study the development factors of construction industrialization in Gansu Province.In order to study the factors influencing the development of construction industry in Gansu Province,this study firstly,based on the existing research results at home and abroad,uses literature combing and questionnaire survey to identify,screen,calculate,organize and amend the factors influencing the development of construction industrialization in Gansu Province,and determines 29 influencing factors from five dimensions: social,technological,economic,social and environmental,and constructs an evaluation index system.Secondly,the interrelationship and hierarchical structure between the influencing factors at the first level are analyzed qualitatively by using the explanatory structure model,and the explanatory structure hierarchical model of the influencing factors for the development of construction industrialization in Gansu Province is constructed,and the research hypothesis of the interaction between the influencing factors is proposed based on the explanatory structure model hierarchical diagram and the actual development status of construction industrialization,and the influencing factors for the development of construction industrialization in Gansu Province are constructed with the help of AMOS28.0 software.SEM theoretical model of factors.Finally,through the design and distribution of questionnaires to obtain valid data,and the questionnaire data for the validity test,the valid data into AMOS28.0software to test the measurement model and structural model fit,after several amendments to obtain the optimization model,according to the model results to verify the initial research hypothesis,analyze the path of action and effect values between the influencing factors.In view of the problems in the development of construction industrialization in Gansu Province,the implementation countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from four dimensions: social,technical,economic and social,which provide certain theoretical guidance and reference value for the development of construction industrialization in Gansu Province and have reference significance for the development of construction industrialization in other regions of China.
