| The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.A large group of construction workers has contributed a lot to the urban construction.The new generation of construction workers has gradually become the main force of the construction site.Compared with the old generation of construction workers,the new generation of construction workers have higher education level,strong desire for self realization and other characteristics,and also put forward higher requirements for job satisfaction.However,the living environment and working conditions of the majority of construction workers in China are not ideal.Because the job satisfaction level of new generation construction workers will have an important impact on their work performance,and is closely related to the production efficiency of construction enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to study and discuss the current situation of job satisfaction of new generation construction workers,analyze and grasp various factors affecting job satisfaction,and then put forward the improvement path of job satisfaction.First of all,this paper puts forward the concept and connotation of the job satisfaction of the new generation of construction workers through literature research,and constructs the measurement model of the job satisfaction of the new generation of construction workers from the five dimensions of job return satisfaction,colleague satisfaction,leader satisfaction,working environment satisfaction and job itself satisfaction,and on the basis of drawing lessons from the classic job satisfaction scales at home and abroad.A survey scale of job satisfaction of new generation construction workers is issued and a questionnaire was developed.Based on 408 research samples,the validity and reliability of the questionnaire are analyzed by SPSS and AMOS software,and the measurement path equation of job satisfaction is obtained.On this basis,the current situation of job satisfaction of new generation construction workers in China is analyzed in detail.Secondly,15 representative front-line new generation construction workers are invited to conduct in-depth interviews,using grounded theoretical research methods to identify the influencing factors of job satisfaction of new generation construction workers.Finally,27 initial categories,12 main categories,3 sub core categories and the core category "influencing factors of job satisfaction of new generation construction workers" are obtained.Thirdly,20 experts in the industry are invited to rate the mutual influence degree of the identified influencing factors,and the research data are processed with the method of dematel-ism hybrid modeling.The influencing factors matrix is obtained,and 7 key influencing factors,such as education level,leadership style,post competency,career development,work remuneration,rights and interests protection and work family balance,are calculated and analyzed;and 7 key influencing factors are constructed The multi-level hierarchical structure model of the influencing factors is established.Finally,according to the multi-level hierarchical structure model of influencing factors,from the three levels of direct influencing factors,deep influencing factors and continuous influencing factors,this paper puts forward the measures to improve the job satisfaction of new generation construction workers,and establishes the improvement path model.The research results of this paper enrich the relevant theories of job satisfaction measurement and influencing factors,promote the application and development of the theory of job satisfaction in the field of construction.In addition,the research results reflect the basic situation of job satisfaction of the new generation of construction workers in China,and propose the improvement path of job satisfaction of the new generation of construction workers,which can be adopted by construction enterprises and government departments to take measures to improve the job satisfaction level of new generation construction workers and provide reference and reference.There are 14 figures,64 tables and 110 references in this paper. |
