| Aiming at the existing series of shortcomings in the existing motor test program,this paper presents a motor simulation test platform that can simulate the motor port characteristics in real time.It can satisfy the motor drive to drive various parameter motors,and drag the applicability experiment of various mechanical loads.It has the advantages of simple structure and flexible motor parameters.This paper first establishes the mathematical model of the back-EMF non-sinusoidal PMSM in three-phase stationary coordinate system,two-phase stationary coordinate system and two-phase synchronous rotating coordinate system,and briefly describes the SVPWM Technology and PMSM Vector Control Strategy.The simulation model of PMSM was established in MATLAB/Simulink,and the characteristics of higher harmonics of stator current and electromagnetic torque of nonlinear permanent magnet motor were reproduced.In order to realize the real-time calculation of the motor model,the calculation accuracy and calculation quantity of various numerical calculation methods are compared,and the Adams method with accurate calculation and small calculation is finally chosen.The back to back PWM converters were employed.Based on the results of motor emulator,simulator converter simulated the current characteristics of the motor.To maintain the DC voltage,grid converter recovered the power energy absorbed by simulator converter to the AC source.The simulation system of the motor simulation experiment platform was established in MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results proved the accuracy of the motor simulation theory.Based on the theoretical analysis,the hardware system of the motor simulation experiment platform and the drive control model of RT-LAB are presented,which provides the basis for experimental verification.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results,verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the motor simulation experiment platform. |
