As a part of wind power generation system,wind power Grid-connected converter plays an important role in converting DC power into AC power grid.It is not only safe and effective,but also can save resources to carry out wind power converter grid-connected test simulation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the simulation method of wind power converter.This paper focuses on the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform based on programmable logic gate array(FPGA)and the discrete model of wind power Grid-connected converter.The main research contents and results are as follows.The discrete modeling method of power electronic devices was studied.The capacitance-inductance discrete model was established by trapezoidal method,and the equivalent model of switching devices was established by binary resistance method.On the basis of studying single-phase inverters,the discrete mathematical model of wind power Grid-connected converters was established based on improved node voltage method.The program of the model was written in Matlab and compared with Simulink modular model for offline simulation.Aiming at the error of switching action time in simulation results,the local Euler method was used to improve the discrete solution method of the discrete mathematical model of wind power Grid-connected converter,which improved the accuracy of the model.The hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform based on FPGA was built.The hardware description language of discrete mathematical model of wind power Grid-connected converter was solved by System Generator software,and the simulation experiment was successfully completed.By comparing the simulation results of the hardware-in-the-loop platform with those of Simulink,it was found that the data results of the hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform was more accurate and effective because of the existence of sampling and data transmission links.The hardware in the loop simulation platform built in this paper was real-time,its dynamic response met the real situation and has high accuracy.
