Research On Strategies Of Coping With Sloping Terrain In Residential Areas Planning And Design

The development and construction of urban residential areas are often carried out on slopes with obvious fluctuations,especially in hills and mountain cities.How to make good use of the slope terrain and create a safe,convenient,comfortable and beautiful living environment has always been the subject of attention and research in the planning and design circles.This study combined with specific engineering design practice,the integrated use of case study,multidisciplinary cross,inductive study method,draw lessons from geography,climate,urban and rural planning,civil engineering,traffic engineering,landscape architecture in the field of learning and other related theories,to cope with the sloping terrain in the residential areas planning and design strategies are discussed.First of all,the characteristics of the terrain of the slope are sorted out,and the shortcomings of the slope terrain in the relevant cases are summarized through the case analyses,and the principle of coping with the sloping terrain in the residential areas planning and design is proposed.Secondly,the strategy of coping with sloping terrain in residential areas planning and design is summarized.In the aspect of terrain reform,it is necessary to choose the proper type of reform and properly carry out the soil formation.In the aspect of building layout,the group layout should strive for favorable sunshine and ventilation while accommodating the terrain.The monomer is arranged on the basis of adapting to the terrain,choosing the proper plane arrangement mode,grounding mode and entrance position.In the aspect of traffic organization,the dynamic traffic should choose the appropriate road slope,line and road network structure in combination with the terrain and the building layout,so as to coordinate the relationship between people and cars;Static traffic should use terrain to arrange ground parking and underground parking.In the aspect of landscape shaping,the landscape of dynamic and static water should be arranged rationally.The landscaping should be arranged with the characteristics of the terrain and the architectural form.The landscape of structures should be set in combination with environmental characteristics.Finally,theory combined with practice,to apply the above strategy to Zijing Stacked Courtyard planning and design,and through terrain reform,building layout,traffic organization and landscape shaping four aspects to solve problems in practice.
