This paper aims at the complex design calculation of the winding engine planetary gearbox in the design process,drawing a large amount of engineering drawing workload,low design efficiency,and high costs.By studying the modular and parametric design methods,a parametric design system for planetary gearbox was developed.The program design of the planetary gearbox and the parametric automatic drawing function were realized,which reduced the designer's workload and improved the winding engine planetary gearbox designing efficiency and drawing efficiency.Firstly,the winding engine planetary gearbox as the research object,using axiomatic design method in the design of planetary gearbox,the structural features and functional requirements are researched and decomposed.Establishing an uncoupled design matrix,the planetary gearbox is designed from five aspects: basic parameter setting,planetary gear design,planetary rotation check,shafting design and bearing design,which ensure the rationality of the design.Secondly,in order to realize the parametric design of planetary gearbox,we research the modular design method,divide planetary gearbox into several parts based on fuzzy clustering algorithm.Weight of relevant factors has been calculated by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)in the process of division,in order to establish the fuzzy similarity matrix.besides,complete the establishment of fuzzy equivalence matrix by using the transfer closure algorithm.The threshold ? is determined according to the mathematical evaluation model,in order to obtain optimal partitioning results.The gearbox module library is set up in SQL,which storing geometric parameter information of all parts in gearbox.Connecting the database to the VS platform through an ODBC interface,realizing module query and search function.The integration of modules is achieved according to the interface elements of parts in each module,which lays a foundation for parametric design.Based on the module partition results of planetary gearbox,applying parameterized design method parameterize the components of each module,establish the parametric model of components in each module.On the other hand,to the structure and size constraints drive graphic method are studied,according to the structure and the constraints of the connections between the size constraint chain drive planetary gearbox parts parameterized graphics generation.Finally,complete the design and preparation of parametric drawing program.Based on the above research methods,designed the frame structure of planetary gearbox parameterized design system,the interactive user interface,the working process and the main implementation functions.With Auto CAD as the operating platform,using the C# language,we have developed a planetary gearbox design system on the Visual Studio platform,and the design of the planetary gearbox was completed.According to the design results,the engineering drawing of each part of the gearbox is completed,and the parameterized design function of the winding engine planetary gearbox is realized.
