With the rapid development of education and urbanization, as well as our higher education system reform and expansion of college enrollment. Under all of these factors, associated with campus planning and construction activities have become increasingly frequent. However, the urban design in campus planning more inclined to the scale and create the grandeur of the physical form, but less attention to students with main space needs of small scale; on the other hand, the traditional teaching-centered campus of partition plans that did not match the type of students living space and severely affected students in the school’s learning environment and quality of life. In connection with the current campus infrastructure construction is not reasonable, matching supply and demand as well as configuration problems of campus space, we need for systems, scientific and humane facilities evaluation method of measurement evaluation of public services.Accessibility is an important index to measure the level of facility services, widely used in urban planning and transportation planning, at the same time, it is also represents degree of freedom about individuals activity participation. Its main methods of measuring including:traditional accessibility measures and space-time accessibility measures. Campus space is one of the special types in urban public space, students daily activities are different from the city-dwellers. So the research of temporal and spatial accessibility measurement based on students individual needs for the Daily Life Sphere has important theory research and practical significance. This paper based on time geography of individual daily activities-the analytical framework, firstly, use the "living circle" and "geography" theory and methods, with the concept of living circle, presented " students daily lives". Spatial characteristics and individual activities based on the needs of daily lives classified, the students’ daily activities on campus is divided into free, elastic constraint activities and restrict activities, according to the nature of the activities and characteristics of construction of campus life circle up to measure model and development models. Followed by analysis of travel behavior among students in Kunming University of science and Technology survey data, mobility, timing and event space features three aspects to explore spatial and temporal characteristics of accessibility under the influence of the campus students commuting. Finally, through the construction of students’ daily activities time multinomial logit model, interpret how the space-time accessibility affects students’ daily activities time allocation. The results of this study will provide student travel behavior research, public facilities and campus planning, providing theoretical support.
