The good performance of asphalt pavement is closely related to the good performance of the material.The different layer function of the asphalt pavement is the essential basis for selecting the material of each layer.How to choose the suitable pavement material according to the index of the layer function is still the important point of the research of the scholars in various countries.With the performance,the fiber has gradually become a simple and quick way.Our country road fiber includes the first imported asbestos fiber,polyester fiber,lignin fiber a nd basalt fiber.The asbestos fiber is forbidden to use because of its carcinogenicity.In recent years,basalt fiber has been the four major fiber developed by the country.One becomes the key research object of road fiber.Therefore,it is necessary to study the impact of pavement structure on road performance and the analysis of economic indexes based on the layered function of different graded basalt fiber asphalt mixture.In view of the above problems,this paper first selects the basalt fiber asphalt mixture to apply the experimental section of the experimental section of the long deep highway pavement structure,and uses the BISAR pavement stress analysis software to analyze the asphalt mixture and the stress condition of the base layer,and to determine the maximum shear stress and the area of the tensile stress as the evaluation index of the structure layer.Secondly,in this paper,9 kinds of Basalt fiber with different length and diameter ratio were used to carry out the Basalt fiber asphalt mortar experiment.The needle penetration,softening point,ductility and drawing experiment of Basalt fiber asphalt mortar were carried out.According to the experimental results,2 kinds of asphalt mixtures were selected from 9 kinds of Basalt fiber species to study the road performance of asphalt mixture.Thirdly,the mix ratio design of asphalt mixture material ATB-25,AC-20 and SMA-16 is used to determine the optimum asphalt content and the study of road performance,and the optimum fiber content of the asphalt pavement material is determined according to the layer function.Finally,the dynamic modulus index of the ATB-25,AC-20 and SMA-16 asphalt mixtures of 0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3% and 0.4% was determined,and the model relationship between the dynamic modulus and the function of the layer was established.The structure combination of basalt fiber asphalt mixture with different fiber content was optimized.Based on the function index of layer,BISAR software was used to analyze the dynamic modulus ratio and the economic benefit analysis.The optimal combination of basalt fiber asphalt mixture and the dynamic modulus interval were determined.The research results provide the basis for the selection of the optimum mixing amount of the basalt fiber asphalt mixture,the dynamic modulus interval of the asphalt mixture and the selection of the dynamic modulus ratio of each layer,which can promote the application of the basalt fiber and provide a new type material to improve the pavement performance of the asphalt pavement.
