Research On Cost Control Of A Certain Engineering Construction Stage Based On BIM

In the wave of rapid development of China's economy,the number and scale of project construction are also growing.How to avoid project risk problems caused by human factors and dynamic environment in project management has become a research hotspot.Cost management has always been one of the research hotspots.At present,the problem of disconnection from t he market,the regional management of cost management,the lack of coordination and coordination,the discrepancy between the cost splitting and the combination of data,and the lack of timely updating of data are particularly notable.With the popularization of BIM technology in the construction industry,more and more people have realized the important role and great potential of BIM technology in the construction process.This thesis analyzes the advantages of BIM technology over traditional cost management in all stages of building construction from the perspective of cost management and builds a cost —control information system based on BIM.This will be of some reference to popularize the application of BIM technology in engineering and explore the futu re trend of cost management.Based on the analysis of the current situation of BIM-based cost control research at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the development of BIM-based cost control in domestic and foreign research,and puts forward the shortcomings and the concept of research and testing.In the paper,the concept of the cost control system and the composition of the cost control system are described in detail.Through the analysis of traditional cost control mode,the improvement and advantages of BIM-based cost control mode are compared,and the dynamics of BIM-based cost control mode is clearly summarized.This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the cost control system,constructs the system model,designs the system frame work,explains the operation process of the system,and verifies the feasibility of the principle,method and process of the cost control system through the dynamic test of the actual project case.Through the actual case management based on BIM cost contr ol system,dynamic analysis is carried out in the prefabricated construction management of specific projects,The BIM cost control system carries out the entire process modeling and cost simulation of the project,carries out cost monitoring in real time,generates a corresponding cost list,and monitors the results for corresponding cost analysis.The cost control system based on BIM is designed in this paper,which is combined with practical engineering cases.This paper illustrates the important use of cost control in combination with BIM technology.By comparing with traditional methods,this paper presents the unique dynamic control and multi-point advantages of BIM technology in cost control.It shows that BIM technology is of great benefit in cost con trol and even in the construction industry Application prospects.
