With the development of economics stepping into the new normal situation in China,the engineering construction has transferred its rapid development speed into steady growth.The competition between the construction enterprises becomes more intense in this kind of economic situation.Traditional construction modes and cost management concept can not meet the requirements of the development of the construction enterprises under the new economic eras,which made the construction industry confront with a huge challenge about innovation.However,the Building Information Model(BIM)is considered to be one of the most competitive tools to improve the productivity of construction industry.Consequently,it is an important issue for the construction enterprises to use the BIM-5D to improve the level of cost management.Currently,only a small amount of the BIM-5D technology has been applied to the engineering,and BIM-5D technology is not widely used,the depth is not enough,the benefits are not obvious.In this paper,it has explored the resons why BIM-5D can't play a role in the cost management of construction phase,and then committed to desining the corresponding solution through referring to a lot of relevant literature,it provides method and idea,which can guide the practice of engineering application,so as to promote the wide application of the BIM-5D technology,and improve the level of cost management.Main work in this paper is as follows:1.The introduction of BIM-5D technology of the construction phase cost management.This paper has expounded the theory of cost management method in traditional construction stage,and analyzed its existing problems.Then BIM-5D technology has been put forward to solve these problems,and its application in the construction stage of the project has also been explicitly introduced.Finally,it is evident to find the changes while introducing the BIM-5D technology into the cost management of construction phase by comparing these two management methods.2.Research on influencing factors based on triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process.The existing problems and causes of BIM-5D in the application process of cost management is analyzed presently.The influencing factor index system is constructed by using triangular fuzzy number analytic hierarchy process.Reasons that hindered the development of BIM-5D technology in the constructionstage of cost management applications are obtained.3.Solution approaches based on BIM-5D in construction stage.Based on these analytical results,the implementation of cost management at the construction stage under the BIM-5D technical conditions is proposed.And organizational structure and work process based on cost management of BIM-5D in the construction stage could be built,which contribute to the accomplishment of cost management system at the same time.4.The application case of cost management in the BIM-5D construction stage is described in this section.The application of BIM-5D technology in engineering is analyzed by taking the Menjiawan resettlement project as an example.Here,organizational structure of project based on BIM-5D is built combined with the characteristics of engineering at first,and then it has described the implementation process of cost management explicitly in construction stage.In this paper,it has also analyzed the dramatic change in which the application of BIM-5D technology result in the construction phase of cost management.
