The test and control system of satellite power supply system is the essential part of satellite,which must be suitable and reliable for any kind of satellite s.The system must be tested comprehensively and strictly before the satellite launch.At present,there are many concerns on the test devices of the satellite power control system.For instance,the system includes a wide range of different instruments,the use of the system is not flexible enough,the system can only meet the needs of a single task.In order to solve these problems,this thesis presents a test system based on functional modules with CPCI bus.The system uses configurable hardwares and can adapt the changes in satellite distribution monitoring and control system,which can meet the test requirements of universal satellite distribution monitoring and control system.Firstly,based on the survey on the current research status of the relevant test equipment at home and abroad,this thesis completes the comparative analysis of the types of input signals and output signals and the number of channels in the satellite power distribution system.In addition,the working principle of the overall system is analyzed.As a result,the new system functions and technical specifications are proposed aiming to achieve universal testing system.Secondly,to meet the requirements of universal testing,a new hardware architecture based on CPCI bus modularization is designed.The internal architecture of the individual modules are interconnected with CPCI bus,the control and communication functions can be achieved between the plates.Th e system uses on-board FPGA to customize bus communication and other low-level modules.The changes and configurations in peripheral circuits achieve the main functional modules,including OC gate module,RF command output module,RS-422 serial output module,command detection module,command status detection module,remote command interface module,open circuit voltage detection module,analog remote measurement output module,telemetry strobe output detection module,telemetry serial port right switch module,star-arrow separation interface analog module and pyroelectric power load module.The design analysis indicates that the structure can achieve universal functional design requirements and meet the universal testing requirements of satellite power control system.Thirdly,in order to meet the design requirements of universality and flexibility,a distributed software architecture based on Lab VIEW is realized,which has independent stand-alone test and flexible test mode of distributed multi-master.Finally,this thesis carries on a comprehensive software and hardware test to the automatic test equipment of the developed satellite distribution monitoring and control system.The results show that the system meets the requirements of universal test and technical design features.
