| The main function of the door glass lifting system is to ensure the smooth lifting move smoothly,and the comfortability during operation.The door glass lifting system frequently break down during operation,and will directly affect the driver’s sense of the use of the vehicle,so it is necessary to study the design of glass lifting system.The window regulator is the key component in the door system,and its reliability and comfortability are highly requested.In this paper,the stability and comfort of the fork arm type window regulator are analyzed and verified,and the technical reserve for the subsequent platform of the door system is provided.Through analyzing the composition of the door-glass lifter system,researching the design points of each component and clarifying the influence of the glass-lift on the system environment,this paper analyzes the layout of cross-arm window regulator system,focuses on the relationship between the size of glass and the surrounding components and describes the elevator placement in the X,Y,Z directions.Meanwhile,it clears the main content of the design verification.According to the operation principle of the fork arm type window regulator,The force condition of the fork arm type window regulator is studied under the system environment,the reasons that affects the stability of the fork arm type window regulator are analyzed,the theoretical analysis of the parallel change of the fork arm type window regulator is carried out under static conditions——The reason for the change of parallelism under static theory.The theoretical formulas of different variables of elevator are obtained,and the special equipment that made is used to test the different variables.Comparing the experimental test data with the theoretical calculation results under different conditions,the reliability of the theoretical formula is verifiedThe comfort of a fork-lift system is manifested by the low noise of the glass.In the door system environment,this paper studies the method of improving the noises of fork arm glass lifter at the moment of descent and makes the optimization measures.At the same time,the various variables that affect the noise of the fork-lift are ascertained theoretically,and the degree of optimization is quantified by the value of vibration acceleration.The experiment verifies the influence of the change of each variable on the noise,compares the data collected after the implementation of various measures and finds out the optimization method of each variable. |
