Glass lifter is to ensure that the door glass can be freely adjusted up and down the key components,the role is to provide a good vision and comfortable driving environment,the steering performance is also affecting the passenger experience and evaluation of vehicle quality one of the important indicators.Glass lifter is usually installed in a small space inside the door,the working environment is bad,usually difficult to maintain it,in the event of failure repair is very difficult.Because of its existence with a variety of complementary parts,the use of frequent frequency,but also a higher failure rate in the car one of the accessories.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and explore the glass lifter.In this paper,the existing product categories,structure and performance are analyzed.According to the actual situation of this subject,the design of the forked glass lifter is analyzed,and the common failure modes are glass failure and glass lifting difficulties.According to the structural characteristics of the fork arm type glass lifter,the movement diagram is established,and it is concluded that there are three important positions in the course of the movement:the top dead center,the middle line and the bottom dead center,and then analyze the force and establish the force model The On this basis,the design of the glass lifter and the size of the parts,and then the rise of the glass lifter process,the process of falling and the motor when the force is analyzed and calculated,the results show that the drive arm when the arm Bear the greater force,is the most dangerous conditions.Then,the finite element analysis of the glass lifter is carried out.The 3D model of the glass lifter is simplified and imported into the Hypermesh software.Extract the middle of the grid division,boundary conditions,the establishment of constraints and other operations.The results show that the stress value of the glass lifter model is the largest under the condition of motor stall,which is consistent with the previous analysis result.The maximum stress value of the glass lifter is 82.5Mpa less than the allowable stress of the material,which can meet the design and use requirements.In the cab front and rear door assembly on the latest design of the fork arm glass lifter,20000 continuous lift cycle reliability test,the test results show that the glass lifter after the end of the test structure is still no work,To meet the reliability requirements.
