Now,with the human demand for energy in increase year by year,and the non-renewable resources because of the consumption is shrinking year by year,influenced by two factors,the energy problem will become a thorny problem facing humanity,more will become a global hot problem.Under the influence of the global trend,China chooses to build a conservation-oriented society and put energy conservation into an important part of China's sustainable development strategy.In our country's energy consumption,building energy consumption has a large proportion,and it is still on the rise,therefo re,reduce building energy consumption will bring our energy saving results significantly.The existing buildings of our country are classified according to the type of buildings,which constitute a large proportion of the buildings with high energy consumption.Because of the low outdoor temperature and long heating time,the low-energy part of residential building design is especially important.How to provide more comfortable living conditions for residential buildings with less energy consumption in cold summer and hot summer climate is a major problem for residential buildings.Under the pressure of environmental problems and energy problems,low-energy residential buildings have emerged and gradually accepted.It has improved the quality of life of residents while solving problems.There are four parts in this article,the first part contains research background,purpose and significance of this article,the second chapter in the cold ground city climate characteristics,at the same time to presentation of the concept of low energy consumption in residential buildings,to our country current cold to analyzes the problems existing in the urban residential building,and put forward the cold to the design principle of low energy consumption building city,t he focus of this study is the third chapter,on the premise of understanding of low-power design,the design strategy of each part to carry on the investigative analysis,in this chapter,first of all,this paper discusses the overall environmental element s in space design strategy,and then return to building ontology,the response characteristics of the architectural design strategy is put forward,after low energy structure,energy saving design,passive and low energy consumption and design integration these four aspects,adjust measures to local conditions of low energy consumption technology design strategy is discussed emphatically.The last chapter,taking Harbin creek garden as an example,introduces the design principles and ideas firstly,and then through the landscape and site design layout and construction scheme,puts forward some strategies suitable for the design of residential building area.finally,through the courtyard used by the integration design of low-power technology,it lists engineering technical measures that can be widely promoted in urban residential buildings.Based on the cold region low-power design research and the low-power design of urban residential building in the cold,the paper expounds the current research results and future development direction of urban residential building on the basis of in-depth analysis for cold city design feasibility in low energy consumption of residential buildings in the future.
