The "Three-Agricultural Issue" is a fundamental issue concerning the national economy and the people's livelihood.It has an impact on economic development and social stability.Therefore,the state has always attached great importance to the development of rural areas.However,the rural development lags behind at present.The reasons for this can be summed up as external and internal.To a large extent,the external reason is that the urban-rural dual system hinders the communication between urban and rural people,logistics,capital flow and information flow,restricting the development of rural areas.The internal reason is the existence of space,economic and cultural aspects in rural areas.However,the traditional village plan focuses on the village itself,and pays too much attention to the rural space environment.Therefore,it is difficult to guide rural development due to its unique spatial plan.Under the influence of the Internet,a bridge of communication has been established between rural areas and cities,and the exchange of people flow,logistics flow,capital flow and information flow has become convenient and the development of rural areas has progressed.At the same time,changes have also taken place in rural planning,mainly manifested in the enrichment of content and the expansion of technology.Therefore this article is put forward by research compilating rural comprehensive development plan to guide the development of rural areas.In this paper,a comprehensive study of rural development under the influence of the Internet has been carried out,which includes three parts: basic research,main research and empirical research.The basic research includes three parts: countryside,internet and foreign experience.The analysis of rural basic refers to the analysis of the course of rural construction,the development course of rural planning and the current situation of rural development.By analyzing and understanding the historical causes of rural problems,the status quo of the planning system and the status quo of rural development.Studied the impact of the Internet on the economy and society and its development trend and gained a deep understanding of the technological basis for the Internet to promote rural development.Through comparing with other countries at home and abroad,it makes clear that our country uses the Internet to develop the particularity of the country.The main part of the study analyzes the impact of the Internet on rural development and rural plan.The impact on rural development is mainly reflected in the communication between urban and rural areas and the promotion of rural development.The impact on rural plan In terms of plan principles and objectives,content,methods of preparation and presentation,etc.,and on this basis,the compiling system of rural comprehensive development plan is put forward.In the empirical part,taking Menkougang Village in Qingyuan City as an example,from the analysis of the current situation to the plan compilation,this paper introduces the overall process of rural comprehensive development plan and summarizes the experience.This paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of rural comprehensive development plan under the influence of the Internet through the combination of theory and case,hoping to give some enlightenment to rural plan and development in our country.
