In recent years,with the rapid development of China's socialist modernization and market economy,scientific and technological progress has been made.As the eldest son of the Republic of steel,Anshan Iron and steel technology levels continue to improve,A large number of high-power nonlinear power electronic equipment is put into the enterprise distribution network,which results in a large amount of harmonics in the enterprise power grid,and seriously affects the safety of power facilities.Therefore,reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression have always attracted much attention.Angang 1700 hot rolling line is a high capacity impact load,resulting in 10 k V bus voltage fluctuation,harmonic content,voltage flicker and other power quality can not meet the national standard requirements,and low power factor,is not conducive to the economic operation of the power grid.This paper mainly studies the improvement of the power system by adding reactive power compensation device to the hot rolling 1700 wire distribution network.Through the comparison and analysis of several sets of reactive power compensatio schemes,and combining with the actual situation of Anshan Iron and Steel Group,the final scheme is confirmed,that is,FC+SVG hybrid reactive power compensation scheme.In the early stage of the reactive power compensation equipment,aiming at the problem of harmonic amplification in reactive power compensation device,the causes of its harmonic amplification are analyzed,in FC alone and SVG alone operation and FC operation and SVG operation with three cases,the application of PQ116 portable power quality analyzer to study the impedance between the reactive power compensation device and system matching relationship with the harmonic amplification problem,developed FC and SVG with the operation plan,operation principle of the FC+SVG hybrid reactive power compensation device.Finally,the problem of harmonic amplification at a certain frequency under different working conditions of FC passive filter is discussed,analysis of impedance characteristics of application of MATLAB simulation software for high pass filter,FC filter by adjusting the capacitance and resistance parameters by means of analysis and Research on several FC scheme to determine the optimal solution scheme.Through the analysis and comparison of the actual use situation after the system transformation,the feasibility and correctness of the above FC reform scheme are verified.
