Corporate social responsibility is the social expectation and requirement of the economic development to a certain extent.Corporate social responsibility not only requires companies to make the most possible profits,but also requires them to be responsible for other stakeholders,such as employees,customers,government,communities and the environment.At present,private enterprises in the whole national economy proportion is very large,private enterprises in the creation of a huge amount of material wealth for the society at the same time,but also to the society with a large number of employment opportunities and jobs,and has made a great contribution to social and economic stability and development.With the continuous development of social economy,people hope that private enterprises can on the basis of this,assume greater social responsibility,however,in the current business environment,because of differences in the scale of enterprises,the management level and the nature of industry,the main responsibility of private enterprises is the management,to fulfill its social responsibility is usually to charity or environmental protection the main activities.In this context,how to continuously improve the level of social responsibility of private enterprises and promote the healthy development of private enterprises is an important issue faced by people.The battery manufactured by L company as an example,analysis of the corporate social responsibility at home and abroad,the related concepts,the development of the theory and the dimension of corporate social responsibility are summarized,and the meaning of corporate social responsibility and related stakeholders were defined.On the basis of reference to stakeholder theory,the paper divides the social responsibility that L company should bear,and uses questionnaire survey and data analysis to study the dimensions of social responsibility of L battery manufacturing company.At the same time,the paper makes an analysis of the self cognition of L battery manufacturing company in the aspects of social responsibility as well as the concrete implementation measures,and points out the deficiencies and causes of L company in the social responsibility.On this basis,the paper puts forward some measures and countermeasures that L battery manufacturing company should take in improving social responsibility.The purpose is to hope that it can be used for reference and value to other enterprises.
