| As an important component of the socialist market economy,state-owned enterprises provide strong support for the enhancement of China’s national strength.As a special energy oriented state-owned enterprise,it is necessary for power supply companies to fulfill their social responsibilities with high quality.The existing system and methods of State Grid Corporation of China have not been truly applicable to power supply companies at the prefecture level,and there are still problems such as poor communication,work obstacles,and frequent negative public opinion in the process of fulfilling their responsibilities.Therefore,analyzing the causes of problems from the perspective of prefecture level companies and proposing solutions remains a key part of fulfilling social responsibility.This article takes State Grid L Power Supply Company as the research object,and follows the logic of current situation evaluation,problem mining,and proposing countermeasures.Firstly,through domestic and foreign literature research and interviews,we understand the current situation and effectiveness of State Grid L Power Supply Company’s social responsibility fulfillment.Then,we design questionnaires for employees and other stakeholders to conduct questionnaire surveys,and use a combination of employee willingness to fulfill their responsibilities and stakeholder feelings to discover the existing problems,Finally,corresponding countermeasures and safeguard measures are proposed based on the existing problems.The main conclusions drawn are as follows:One is to fully understand the current situation of the company’s social responsibility fulfillment.Based on a systematic review of relevant research progress at home and abroad,and a review of relevant theories,six stakeholders,including company employees,government,partners,electricity customers,communities,and media,were identified through interviews and surveys,and classified and prioritized in terms of importance.Subsequently,by consulting the "Stakeholder Communication Manual" of State Grid Corporation of China,combined with current accountability measures,we learned about the company’s performance in serving social and economic development,meeting customer personalized needs,meeting the knowledge needs of the public,and supporting environmental protection.The second is to analyze and identify the existing problems and reasons for the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility.By analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey item by item,and fully combining the survey results of internal employees’ willingness to fulfill their responsibilities and the feelings of other external stakeholders,the study found that the company has insufficient employee satisfaction in fulfilling the responsibilities of six major stakeholders: employees,government,partners,electricity customers,communities,and media,the progress of power grid upgrading and transformation lags behind the speed of social development,and there is insufficient communication with power generation enterprises There are 12 issues such as unclear demands from the masses and corporate customers,unclear demands from the masses and corporate customers,and weak ability to handle negative public opinion,and the reasons for the problems are given.The third is to propose optimization measures and guarantees for the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility in response to the problem.The optimization measures are based on the 12 issues identified in the analysis,proposing 13 practical optimization measures for the company to fulfill its responsibilities towards six different stakeholders,such as expanding employee promotion channels,actively carrying out power grid upgrading and renovation work,improving service efficiency and attitude.Subsequently,the measures include strengthening organizational leadership and institutional guarantees,emphasizing the supervision and assessment of the responsibility of enterprise leaders,and conducting various forms of stakeholder communication activities We have proposed guarantee measures for promoting positive corporate image through multiple channels in four aspects,striving to improve the social responsibility management ability and fulfillment level of State Grid L Power Supply Company,and provide reference for other power supply enterprises in the system to practice social responsibility. |
