Research On The Social Responsibility Performance Evaluation Of A Enterprise Based On The Stakeholders

The process of globalization of enterprises is accelerating,and the mutual penetration in the process of operation is deepening.Enterprises focus on the development of economy and the maximization of benefits,but they lack the sense of social responsibility,which leads to many social contradictions.The accumulation of social problems has made the economic development of enterprises encounter bottlenecks,and even more,they have been eliminated by the society and paid a painful price.With the progress of society,enterprises are increasingly aware of the importance of social environment for the development of enterprises.As a member of the society,enterprises cannot be separated from the support of stakeholders.Building a harmonious society helps to improve the economic performance of enterprises,so many listed companies regard social responsibility performance as an indicator to measure the sustainable development of enterprises.Household appliances manufacturing industry is one of the pillar industries of the economy,bearing the main social responsibility.At present,facing the transformation and upgrading of the industry,in order to obtain the relevant industrial support and the momentum of sustainable development,we must coordinate the relationship with stakeholders,which requires enterprises to fulfill the corresponding social responsibility and establish a good corporate image.As a leading enterprise in the household appliance industry,A enterprise realized the importance of fulfilling social responsibility earlier,and constantly improved the management level of social responsibility.From the perspective of stakeholders,this paper studies the performance evaluation system of corporate social responsibility of A enterprise.This paper combines the theory of stakeholders and social responsibility.Aiming at the problems of the existing evaluation system of enterprises,using the analytic hierarchy process and other research methods,this paper adjusts the current system from the perspective of the main stakeholders of enterprises,and carries out performance evaluation.Based on the application of performance evaluation system,this paper analyses the performance of social responsibility of A enterprise in the past five years,and finds out the shortcomings in the performance of social responsibility of A enterprise through comparative analysis.This paper can be used for the reference to improve the performance evaluation system of corporate social responsibility.
