A Study On The Management System Of Expressway Road Administration In Guangzhou City

In today's world,informatization and economic globalization are being promoted with each other.The Internet has been integrated into all aspects of social life,profoundly changing the production methods,lifestyles,consumption patterns,and governance methods of the entire society.The original management system of expressway road administration in Guangzhou city is hard to meet the switching requirements of kinetic energy in new time.This article first of all analyzes the objective actual conditions of the expressway networks in Guangzhou: issues such as ineffective road management functions,unreasonable road management structure,and low organizational efficiency;secondly,exploring the deeper reasons for its existence: inadequate maintenance of property rights,narrow financing channels,delays in the transformation of road management functions,and other shortcomings.Based on these,we finally put forward some targeted suggestions for building a data-based intelligent road management system and implementing a sky net monitoring system.Its purpose is to optimize the organizational structure of the road management system in Guangzhou,focus on improving the operational efficiency of the expressway management system and reducing operating costs,and realize the transformation of market-oriented service functions;thereby increasing the overall economic return of the Guangzhou expressway networks and the new application of modern information means on the road administration.
