As our economy continues to advance,the consumption pattern and the way to travel are upgrading constantly,thereby promoting prosperous development of the aviation industry.Our airlines are facing not only rapidly increasing market opportunities on the one hand but also growing completion in the market on the other hand.In order to improve economic efficiency and enhance enterprise competitiveness,they shall impose strict controls on operating costs.Generally aviation materials take up a large proportion of operation investment and liquidity of airlines.Compared with other operating costs,as far as the degree of difficulty relative,there is a lot of room to improve for the aviation materials.Hence,lowering such cost is of key importance for all companies to achieve comparatively good economics results.In the management of aviation maintenance enterprise,they often faced with the complaint,such as long repair time,high cost of repair and poor quality.On the premise of meeting the safety requirement,we need to progress the management,reduce the cost of repair charge and shorten repair cycle time in the process of civil aviation accessories maintenance.HD Company is a independent third party maintenance enterprise,we research on the company's current civil spare parts' purchasing strategy.Thesis introduces the characteristics of the civil spare part's purchasing requisition and status of purchasing management,then analysis of their problems.In view of all,based on constructing a set of science,effective purchasing management system,we try to submit corresponding improvement suggestion of the civil spare part's purchasing management,from the following several aspects,such as improving the purchasing management process,optimizing order strategy model and strengthening the supplier management.We also analysis and estimate the implementation effect of improvement measures.
