Research On Data Exchange Based On Distributed PLM System In The Process Of Remote Collaborative Development

With excellent design resources all over the world presented in front of the enterprise gradually,product collaborative development begins to achieve globalization.At present,to adapt to the globalization trend,a number of own-brand car enterprises have set up design centers overseas to launch remote product collaborative development between domestic and foreign.In such a remote collaborative environment,data sharing and exchange is particularly important in the process of collaborative development.In this paper,a solution of collaborative data exchange based on distributed PLM was proposed.Mainly in the following aspects were studied:(1)Through analysis of the business process of the remote collaborative development in vehicle enterprises,requirements of the data exchange in collaborative development process were defined.Through analysis of the existing data exchange mode,problems of the mode were exposed.Then a new scheme based on the existing distributed PLM system was proposed to achieve data exchange in the process of remote collaborative development.Realizing the data sharing and exchange,this new scheme still retained the advantages in data management of PLM system.(2)Divided into two parts,data transmission and file transmission,the communication realization of data exchange scheme was ensured.Focused on the transmission of large files in an unstable network environment,a file transfer scheme which blocks large files,implies multi-threads technology and supports the breakpoints retransmit was proposed to ensure remote transmission stability of large files.(3)Through analysis and identifying of the Security requirements of collaborative data exchange,the corresponding strategy was formulated.To solve the realistic problems of secure transmission via SSL protocol,the file transmission scheme was improved based on OpenSSL.(4)A concrete scheme was proposed to realize the collaborative data exchange based on distributed PLM system.Been implemented and applied in a domestic vehicle enterprises,this scheme has solved the problem of collaborative data exchange effectively and the feasibility and practicability of the scheme was further proved.
