Electromagnetic loop network is a special structure of the network architecture during the formation of network development process, when the high level line network is not yet mature in a case in the power system. In order to greater transmission power and fully use of existing resources, it had to take shape a parallel operation of high voltage transmission line network, which will inevitably form a high low electromagnetic loop network, it bring many of the safe operation of power grid insecurity.In this paper, From starting the theory of electromagnetic loop network, it mainly introduces the ring of the electromagnetic operation mechanism and the corresponding control measures at different stages. Gansu Power Grid 750/330kV preliminary explorats and studys, summed up a reasonable plan untie the principles of magnetic ring, which ring the operation of the electromagnetic control has a certain significance.China Electric Power Research Institute with the development of power analysis software (PSASP7.0) and visualization of power system analysis software (POWER WORLD), established in 2011,2013,2015 Hexi grid 750kV backbone grid after the formation of network model According to "Guidelines for power system security and stability" requirement, on the Northwest Power 750/330kV different stages under the conditions of the electromagnetic ring current distribution, short circuit capacity, system stability and other aspects of computing, analysis, and comparison of open and close loop solution was ring the solution at a reasonable solution, the results show that the magnetic ring ring phased solution is feasible.750kV backbone grid built in 2011,2013,2015 west of the grid after the formation of the network model, according to "Guidelines for power system security and stability" requirement, Northwest Power 750/330kV different stages under the conditions of the electromagnetic ring current distribution, short circuit capacity, system stability and other aspects of computing, analysis, and loop through the opening and closing the program come to a reasonable solution of the comparison ring program, the results showing that the magnetic ring ring network solution phases is feasible.Finally, the paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP, Hexi power electromagnetic loop network is a comprehensive evaluation and uses mathematical methods to choose the optimal loop programs, the same results with the results PSASP. Hexi area which shows the electromagnetic Loop program decision-making method is feasible but also effective and practical significance.
