Container Port Non-cooperative Dynamic Game

During the course of China's economic development,the government has always been playing a very important role,specific performance is the high concentration of resources allocation and economic management,a feature that,in the development of the port is also no exception.Port construction or not,the final scale of development,the port type and mode of operation of the port,these important decision is not in the hands of port operators,which is the difference between container port business and general competitive enterprises.In the view of the development of Chinese shipping industry,with the reform of port in 2004 and decentralization of management authority,in various regions for its own economic development needs,have vigorously support the port construction and development,the implementation of policies and funding tilt,enhance their comprehensive strength.In this context,competition between ports has changed,and how to make the best competitive countermeasure becomes a problem each container ports close attention.Based on the above ideas,this article on the basis of a large number of research of port competition,in view of the existing research limitations and shortcomings,using the game theory and knowledge of mathematical modeling to establish three game models,analysis unsubsidized and subsidized competition behavior of ports from shallow to deep.First select the container port stevedoring tariff,service level two competition strategy,and consider the interaction between strategies,establish port competition static game and dynamic game model under no subsidy,study of stability port competition strategies,and carries on the contrast.We found dynamic game model is more fit the actual discovery,then applicated the model in Yangluo container port competition between Phase I and Phase II.Then add the induced factor of government subsidies,established the port competition game model under three dimensional dynamic,to analyze the effect of subsidies on port of game equilibrium,and the change of government subsidies influence oncontainer port stevedoring tariff,service level,the demand and profit,so as to formulate a reasonable competition strategy for port container,then applied the model in yangluo container and chenglingji port competition.Finally,according to the revelation on simulation results of model,practical development of Yangluo container port and the existing domestic and domestic and foreign existing experience,put forward some valuable Suggestions for yangluo container port's development from two levels that the same port competition among enterprises of different ports and different port competition within the same port group.The research of this paper enriches and improves the theory and application of container port competition,and the results of this thesis have certain theoretical and practical significance.
