| Qingdao Port is the seventh largest port in the world,an important international trade hub in the Western Pacific,and the largest foreign trade port in northern my country.In 2019,the national port container throughput ranked fifth.Relying on its superior strategic location,leading terminal facilities,well-developed collection and distribution network,first-class service and efficiency,good external environment,efficient management and continuous enhancement of core competitiveness,the container business of Qingdao Port is leading in the industry status.Shandong Port Group was established in 2019,integrating Qingdao Port,Rizhao Port,Yantai Port and Bohai Bay Port into one.Under the new situation,as a container for the main cargo types of the port,Qingdao Port further exerts its regional advantages,enhances the competitiveness of core ports and the level of loading and unloading services,and continues to be at the forefront of the development of coastal ports in my country.This paper analyzes the current situation and future development of the container business of Qingdao Port through methods such as PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,and puts forward development strategy suggestions based on the strategy analysis theory.First,based on the analysis of the development of the container port industry and the throughput of China’s container ports in recent years,with reference to the practice of regional integration of domestic and foreign port groups and the situation of Shandong’s coastal ports,a theoretical basis for the development strategy of Qingdao’s container business is formed.Secondly,by introducing the internal and external environment of the container in Qingdao Port,and using PEST and SWOT analysis methods,the four aspects of politics,economy,society,and economic environment are expounded,and the SO,WO,ST,and WT container business of Qingdao Port are different.Strategic combination.Finally,the development strategy of Qingdao Port’s container business was formulated,and through the construction of hub ports,enhancing corecompetitiveness,attracting shipping talents,accelerating informatization development and integration into the entire logistics system,etc.,measures were taken to promote the development of Qingdao Port’s container integration background in Shandong Province In order to achieve comprehensive development and strive to become a world-class marine port. |
