The main purpose of the subject is to research and design a high efficiency power systems,Power supply in the specified input voltage(220V and 110V)standards,to meet the needs of the computer's power supply and under different load conditions to achieve the 80 PLUS power efficiency indicators,while the power system small size stability.Firstly,the technical parameters and the overall composition of the power supply system are introduced in this paper.Then the single-ended forward type,single-ended flyback,half bridge and push-pull four kinds of topologies are analyzed on the basis of a preliminary analysis of the topology of the above Matlab simulation,the efficiency of each topology is calculated and compared under different load conditions.The main topology of the power supply system is selected as the main reference basis.Finally,the main converter related design,and completed the design of the transformer.In this paper,the power system of each module circuit is designed in detail.The power factor correction using passive PFC,passive compensation inductance selection through simulation analysis;auxiliary power supply circuit is an independent power supply module,the design focus is transformer structure design and parameters calculation.3.3V magnetic amplifier output circuit,the first analysis of the basic principle of the magnetic amplifier,and then the circuit of the magnetic amplifier design.Other various output circuit,PS_ON soft power signal driver module and the temperature control fan circuit module also carried out the relevant analysis and design.Thereafter,on the basis of theoretical analysis calculation and design,the manufacture of the prototype is carried out.,and the 12 V to power system,5V,3.3V output port voltage were tested under different load and different input voltage output port voltage value stability test and analysis,the rationality and feasibility of the design verification.At last,when the power system is tested,the efficiency is up to 84.5%,and the design goal is achieved.In addition,the power supply system has the characteristics of small size and high stability.
