In order to improve the power supply reliability of Feeder Terminal Unit,and make it work for a period of time when the line is out of power,power supply system is required to provide uninterrupted power supply function.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the uninterrupted switching power supply based on accumlator.Through the analysis of the functional requirements and performance indicators of FTU power supply,and the comparison of various switching converter topologies,single ended forward converter is used ar the topology of the main circuit.Through the analysis of the energy transfer process of the forward converter in different operation modes,the basic relation of forward converter is obtained.Through the analysis of the necessity of forwardconverter reset,a resistance capacitance reset circuit which can transfer magnetization energy to output load is presented,the principle of reset circuit is analyzed and the design method of reset element parameters is obtained.Through the analysis of the influence of input voltage and load variation on ripple voltage and inductor current in the dynamic range,the maximum output ripple voltage and the maximum peak inductor current are obtained.At the same time,the design method of inductance and capacitance is obtained Considering the demand of the accumulator for charging,The accumulator charging control circuit is designed by using constant current voltage limiting charging.Taking into account the characteristics of the accumulator need to be maintained,the activation circuit for the accumulator is designed.Considering the reliability and security of the power supply,various protection circuits are designed to protect the load and accumulator.Finally,through the above analysis and design,an uninterrupted DC power supply prototype has been made,and carry out the experiments of various functions and performances.Based on the above analysis and design,an uninterruptible DC voltage stabilized power supply prototype with accumulator energy storage is made.Meanwhile,the function and performance index of the prototype are studied and the results show that the feasibility of the proposed scheme and circuit design.
