At present,prefabricated concrete buildings has promoted vigorously in our country.It has improved construction quality and labor productivity,achieved the goal of resource saving and environment protection through the standardization design,factory production,assembly construction and informatization management.The development of prefabricated concrete building is a major change in the mode of production,which will inevitably impact the current construction management mode.In particular,the construction quality control mode needs to be improved to adapt to the development of prefabricated concrete buildings.BIM has regarded as one of the best choice to solve the problem of quality control management of prefabricated concrete construction.But now,it is still in the popularization stage in our country,it also needs to reengineer the organization and process of construction quality control through theories and methods,establish corresponding BIM platform as a technical support quality,on the basis of the traditional model,setting up a scientific and standardized work processes for the prefabricated concrete construction quality control based on BIM.Firstly,this paper conducting organizational design to provide the organization safeguard for the construction quality control process reengineering.Through the vertical and horizontal decomposition of the construction quality control of prefabricated concrete construction in BIM environment,the work breakdown table is formed.Investigating the present situation of the project management organization structure in the form of a questionnaire,according to the existing problem,put forward and set up a flat organization structure based on BIM platform,prepare a list of the post responsibility and division of work table;According to the division of tasks and docking relationship,we designed the communication and cooperation relationship between various departments and the work docking process,and put forward the framework and key points for the formulation of institutional guarantee.Secondly,the construction quality control process of prefabricated concrete construction is reconstructed.Based on the grounded theory,the key steps of BIM quality control in each stage of project construction are analyzed.According to process design analysis,confirming the form of information inputing and outputing based on the workflow,mapping BIM application overview of construction quality control,and on this basis,deepening the design of BIM application process of the key links.Then,the overall framework of BIM platform is proposed to provide technical guarantee for the whole process control of prefabricated concrete construction quality.Based on BIM model and BIM application modules,establish the BIM information platform for construction quality control,from the four stage of construction preparation,components production,components field assembly and quality acceptance,integrating the information of the whole process of construction quality control,realize the combination of the participants,workflow and implementation of BIM technology.Finally,a science and technology building project as an example of empirical research for prefabricated concrete construction quality control based on BIM,through the planning and implementation situation of BIM application,confirming the feasibility of prefabricated concrete construction BIM construction quality control,analizing and summarizing the implementation effect.
