Prefabricated concrete(PC)shear wall structures are the fastest growing and most widely used prefabricated building structures in China for recent years.However,due to lack of relevant basic research and engineering practice experience,the construction quality issues have received widespread attention.This thesis will take the quality control of the construction process of PC shear wall structures as the research object,take the PC component production and construction as the entry point,and use a combination of literature research and field investigation to conduct a systematic analysis.Based on advanced foreign practices as well as the status quo of production and construction quality control of PC structures in China,in-depth analysis of the difficulties of quality control was studied,systematic research on some key problems that need to be solved urgently was carried out,and measures and suggestions for the construction quality control of the PC shear wall structures were proposed.The main work and conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on literature research,this thesis systematically introduced the research work on seismic performance of PC shear wall structure at home and abroad,connection methods and shear wall panel form,and clarified the quality problems of assembled concrete shear wall structure based on statistical data.(2)This thesis systematically introduced the quality control systems of prefabricated concrete structures in typical countries such as the United States,Japan and Singapore,collect and compile relevant national,industry and local technical standards for domestic quality control of production stage and construction stage,and compare the quality control system of the national assembled concrete structure with the United States,Japan,and Singapore.The results showed that China’s PC component product certification and personnel training certification are significantly lagging foreign countries.Although there were many technical standards,the system,implementation,and pertinence still need to be improved.(3)Based on the on-site inspection of the prefabricated factory and the construction site,the quality problems of the PC component production stage and construction stage were investigated.Based on the survey results and using statistical analysis methods,,it was found that the main quality influencing factors in the production and construction phase of PC components in China have similar characteristics,and the personnel and method factors account for a relatively large number.This is consistent with the actual development stage of prefabricated concrete buildings in China.And due to the lack of unified production process standards,quality control standards and quality acceptance evaluation standards,empirical issues are more prominent.(4)This thesis systematically described the production process of assembled PC shear wall structure PC component production line and the quality control measures of PC component production stage in China,and draws on the advanced practices of the United States and Singapore to propose relevant suggestions for the quality control measures of the PC component production stage,such as improving the standardization of components,improving personnel training and certification mechanisms,innovating key equipment and testing technology,etc.(5)The construction technology of PC component of PC shear wall structures was introduced in detail,the construction technology characteristics and wet connection control difficulties of mainstream wall panel components in China are analyzed in depth.And the thesis systematically elaborated the quality control measures for PC components during the construction phase in China,drawing on the advanced practices of the United States and Japan,and put forward relevant suggestions for quality control measures during the construction phase of PC components,such as promoting the entire process of BIM technology,establishing quality control guidelines,and strengthening process control.Through the above research work,this thesis summarized the advanced foreign practices and current domestic measures for the PC component production stage and construction stage,and put forward relevant suggestions,which provided a direct reference for the quality control of the assembly concrete shear wall structure construction process.
