Research Of The Grounding Line Management System Of Catenary Operation Based On Internet

Daily maintenance of overhead lines on black-out condition is of utmost importance for the safe operation of high-speed,railways and electrified railways.Hanging the ground wire is a fundamental safety measure during maintenance operations.Accurate monitoring and management of the status of the ground wire can greatly improve the efficiency of the maintenance while better protecting the safety of the maintenance operators.However?the methodology currently adopted in China still requires extensive manpower participations,where relative personnel in dispatch center is not enabled to monitor the site operation intuitively and the operation process is lack of effective risk control measures;management loopholes and accident risk are long-standing in this regard.In view of the loopholes in the management of ground wire during black-out and maintenance operations,this paper,on the basis of studying the process of blaek-out and maintenance of overhead lines and understanding its characteristics of high maintenance requirements of real-time monitoring information,has introduced a network communication technology?and finally completed the construction of the ground wire management system using the C/S structure.And it adopls the Visual Studio 2010 as the server development platform and uses the MySQL 5.5 database to store the ground monitoring information,which realizes the function of the server to decode,parse,and store the received information.Also,it implements the Visual C++ 6.0 as the development platform for client-side application,realizing the communication between the client-side and the server who decodes and restores the monitoring information.To be specific,the server with the help of MapX plug-in dynamically displays the working mounting and grounding status on the GIS map,and calibrates the working site of the ground wire on the electronic map.What's more,it introduces information security mechanism and junk information shielding mechanism to enhance data security and anti-jamming performance of the entire management system.This paper has carried on system function verification on the basis of completing the overall design and establishment,each function runs well.
