Due to the phase-out of small-unit projects and the widespread implementation of large-scale thermal power unit projects in recent years,the quality of debugging and test methods for new unit and new equipment is of extremely important economic significance in terms of large-scale unit projects.Most foreign studies on debugging focus on project management and construction,and the results are mostly reflected in debugging management method and risk analysis.However,the domestic studies concentrate on the analysis from debugging process and technology optimization in order to reflect the advancement and reliability of new technology.This paper is mainly for the commissioning period of HuaDian Yuheng power plan.The improvement and application of some electrical equipment debugging methods to illustrate the improvement of commissioning work.The first part mainly introduces the main electrical equipment and their main operating principle in the power plant.For primary equipment,this paper gives a detailed introduction of the main operating principle of synchronous generator,three-phase transformer and power transformer,as well as the debugging test content and the corresponding debugging method of the related equipment.For the secondary equipment,this paper mainly describes the action principle,function type and protection realization conditions of the generator transformer protection configuration,generator protection configuration and transformer protection configuration,as well as the debugging test content and the main debugging method of relay protection device,synchronizing device and excitation system.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional debugging and testing methods,the feasibility of improving the debugging method is clarified.Then,aiming at the shortcomings,it briefly expounds the necessity of improving the debugging method,and then summarizes the characteristics of the improved method.And describes some improved equipment test and protection debugging methods and the improved startup and commissioning methods.
