The development of a modern railway transportation system marked by electrified heavy-haul railways is a major measure to enrich the connotation of the Belt and Road and to achieve early the strategy of powerful nation.It is necessary to implement the capacity expansion project of power supply system that can increase substantially the physical transport capacity for the old freight railway lines.However,the implementation plan of “transportation parallel transformation” will undoubtedly greatly increases the work intensity and difficulty for the power supply system maintenance personnel,and it will inevitably cause non-technical man-made accidents.In order to ensure the simultaneous,coordinated and orderly work of transportation and renovation,it is necessary to design and develop a set of electrical testing and protection setting auxiliary management software system for heavy-duty freight railway power supply equipment to ensure the safe operation of its power supply system.Firstly,the thesis briefly describes the structure of the railway power supply system,and theoretically analyzes the working principle of the electrical test and the calculation principle of the relay protection fixed value.According to the station layout,user needs and management shortcomings,combined with the electrical test and the process flow of protection setting setting,the thesis determines the overall architecture,data structure and module functions of the software system,as well as the specific realization of the main program and each sub-process method.The software system adopts the design idea of top-level design and sub-module implementation.The functions of each module are independent of each other,but the data resources are shared;the client and the server adopt the C/S mode and communicate with each other through the Internet.Secondly,in the development environment and data storage mode,Visual Studio2017 is selected as the development tool,My SQL database is selected as the database,Alibaba Cloud(Web)server is used for data storage,and the C# programming language and object-oriented programming technology,Socket network communication technology,Cloud(Web)server technology and and.NET Framework and other key technologies are used to write the main program and subprograms.Finally,according to the existing electrical test data and setting calculation parameters,targeted experimental tests have been carried out on the functionality,reliability and safety of the software system.A large number of test experiments show that the developed auxiliary management software for electrical testing and protection setting of railway power supply equipment not only has the characteristics of rich functions,friendly interface and convenient operation,but also helps the maintenance work of power supply equipment change from manual management to automatic management and data processing shift from offline to online.
