Single cylinder diesel engine is suitable for all kinds of agricultural machinery because of its wide range of applications and popular prices.At present,the social quantity and annual output of single cylinder diesel engine in China ranks first in the world,but a certain degree of environmental pollution have been caused due to widely used in mechanical fuel injection pump and not equipped with post-processing system.In recent years,the state has strictly controlled energy-saving and emission-reduction in various industries to improve the environment,upgraded the emissions regulations for non-road diesel engines,and published a product entry schedule.Therefore,it is urgent to upgrade the technology of single cylinder diesel engine.Electronic unit pump has the advantages of small size,moderate price and high fuel injection pressure.It can satisfy the China’s non-road diesel engine stage III emission regulations and also has the potential to meet the emission regulations of China’s IV.If the development of electronic control system of small single cylinder diesel engine is carried out by traditional handwritten mode,the enterprises will undoubtedly bear great pressure in terms of time,cost and quality.Recently,model-based development method has quickly become popular,which precipitates the enterprises to develop their own electronic control system in the short term without needing to accumulate a lot of C language development experience and that make it possible to develop electronic control system for diesel engine conveniently and efficiently.The key problems in the development of electronic control system with electronic unit pump are discussed in this paper,aiming to find an efficient and convenient application way of electronic control system for single-cylinder diesel engine through the research of software and key hardware,which adopts the mainstream model-based development method and complete the research of driving design of solenoid valve for electronic unit pump,development for ECU control software and automatic code generation.Taking 186 F diesel engine as the object of application,the specific research work is as follows: First,according to the working principle and driving requirement of electronic unit pump,the drive circuit of 60 V Boost circuit and 24V-60 V dual power drive circuit are designed,and the driving current closed-loop control method is designed.The effect of driving current closed-loop control is improved step by step by experiment.Next,the architecture design and function module development of diesel engine control software are completed by using Matlab/Simulink tool and modular modeling idea.The main function modules are divided into signals management module,engine state module,engine management module and synchronous task module.The above function modules are verified by modularization test.Then,the Simulink model is realized to the controller program by the automatic code generation function,and the application controller is MC9S12XS128 control unit.The automatic code generation function is realized by writing the Matlab script file,the TLC file and so on.The main sensor acquisition circuit and actuator drive circuit are encapsulated and integrated into the Simulink development environment.Finally,the test and verification are completed,including solenoid valve driving test of electronic unit pump,control software modularization test and control software integration test.The test results show that driving design of solenoid valve for single pump,development for ECU control software and automatic code generation meet the design requirements,the function of the control software is perfect and the control effect is better.
