With the shortage of petroleum sources and deterioration of environment,every country presents higher requirements for fuel economy and emission performance in diesel engine.Electronic control technology of diesel engine is currently the primary means of improving engine performance.For the development of the diesel engine electronic control system, the development of control strategies,the design of hardware and software,the design of simulation platform and the development of calibration technology are mainly related.Diesel locomotives play an improtant role in the railway transport.According to the present application status,this dissertation selects the development of the electronic control system based on diesel 16V240ZJA in the diesel locomotives.The hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology is introduced into the field of electronic control on the diesel locomotive. Some of the key technologies are researched.The major research of this dissertation could be summarized as follows:1. The real-time simulation platform is established by xPC Target.The hardware system of the simulation platform is build,the real-time system boot disk is producted,the driver based on PCI1712 is developed.2. To save the development time, the technology of code automatic generation from Simulink model to the programme of XC164 is researched.3. The function extension of the control system is realized.Control function of the electronic unit pump solenoid valve in Multi-cylinder diesel engine is achieved through the design of FPGA hardware.4. The driving circuit of the electronic unit pump solenoid valve is designed.According to the performance of the solenoid valve,the control method is obtained,and the driving circuit is designed.
