With the development of electric power system and automation,Automated grid dispatch systems have been widely used.Meanwhile,the national grid of China is becoming more and more complex,in order to specify the responsibility of each local grid dispatching department and improve the accuracy of the system,cooperation of grid dispatching systems and the splicing of the complete grid model are both required,thus the procedure of splicing has become a daily work for almost every grid dispatching systems.Because the stability,security and efficiency of the power grid based on the instantaneous data of power grid model,the requirements of data sharing and application integration must be met as soon as possible.In short,the parsing and splicing of power grid model have great research significance for the implementation of model data exchange in power system and its interoperability.By studying the Common Information Model(CIM)in series of IEC 61970 standards,the method of parsing XML files and the grammar of language E which used in power system model,this paper uses Java to proposes an solution to parse and splice CIM/E files by following steps.First,the CIM/E files are parsed into structured data stored in memory,then exported to a database,the data in the database has been verified by the corresponding CIM/E file at last.Based on the analysis of the relationship between substation in the real power grid model,this paper focuses on the research,especially on the implementation of splicing substations in the power grid model,which means splice two substations model CIM/E files into a more complete one.The perform ability and reliability of the solution also had been verified by data of the real grid model.Above all,the solution to parse and splice CIM/E files in this thesis is of some importance for guidance and reference to the analysis and splice of the model data in the real power system.
