The rapid development of China's aviation industry has led to the development of aviation logistics industry,which is closely related to the improvement and development of airport airport logistics equipment.In the logistics equipment,the application of the airport carriage is most widely used,but because of the high production and assembly requirements of the consignment car,the overturn can not damage the carriage frame,so it is difficult to realize the flipping action without direct contact with the frame.At present,the general turnover machines at home and abroad can not meet the overturning requirements.Therefore,the airport equipment manufacturers urgently need a practical,highly automated,safe and reliable frame turnover machine to improve the production efficiency of the airport carriage and ensure the safety of the workers.Aiming at this urgent demand,this paper designs a 180° automatic turnover machine for the frame of a consignment vehicle,with a view to achieving the flip motion under the condition of not directly touching the frame.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)This paper expounds the development status of the relative turnover machine at home and abroad,summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of the related rollover machine,and analyzes the working function demand of the turnover machine of the airport carriage frame,and clarifies the key problems and technical difficulties of the overturn machine.Combined with the actual requirements,a design scheme to meet the functional requirements is proposed,and the design and principle of each part of the flipper are elaborated in detail.(2)According to the flipping design scheme,combined with the frame parameters and specific performance indexes,the theoretical design and selection of the parts of the overturning machine are carried out.The stress analysis and calculation are checked for the key parts and parts,and the structure of the parts is optimized and verified.(3)According to the frame structure of the carriage,the special fixture is designed and the structure size is determined.The 3D modeling of the special fixture is carried out by using SolidWorks 3D software.The static simulation of the front fixture of the special turnover machine is carried out by using ANSYS finite element analysis software,and the correctness of the mechanism design is verified.(4)According to the smoothness test of the rollover process,the comparison between the measured current value of the process and the theoretical value of the current valueverifies the stability of the turnover of the special turnover machine.
