Research On The Development Of Urban Spatial Structure

Research on urban spatial structure development has always been the focus of professional research on urban planning,urban geography,and urban economics.The spatial structure of cities is a dynamic process,which develops and improves with the constant changes of internal and external factors.At this stage,with the changes such as the restructuring of the global urban spatial structure/the growing problem of urban space/the continuous renewal of urban space development concepts and the constant accumulation of economic factors in cities,it is particularly important to build a reasonable layout of urban spatial structures.This paper identifies the research goals by analyzing the relevant concepts,based on the theory of urban spatial structure at home and abroad: First of all,through the analysis of the overall development process of urban spatial structure at home and abroad,the characteristics of urban spatial structure under different influence factors in different historical periods are obtained.Secondly,summarize the influencing factors that influence the development of urban spatial structure and the future development trends,to guide the spatial structure planning of Baoding City.Finally,under the direction of transportation,industry and ecology to build a development road with Chinese characteristics of urban planning concepts and suitable Baoding city development spatial structure.The research methods used in this paper include literature research and field research,system analysis,theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,etc.First of all,through reading a large number of documents,collecting and analyzing data,to summarize the basic theories and concepts related to urban spatial structure.Secondly,through the analysis of the overall development process of urban spatial structure at home and abroad to summarizes the main influencing factors and the future development trend of urban spatial structure.Thirdly,analyze the actual cases that can provide reference for the development of urban spatial structure in Baoding,and research on the development history/influencing factors and development modes of each city to summarize the development model which can apply to the urban spatial structure of Baoding.Finally,through analyzing the status quo of Baoding and its historical development stage/the factors and development characteristics of Baoding urban spatial structure are summarized to provide basic data and theoretical support for the development planning of urban spatial structure in Baoding.Based on the foregoing research,this paper proposes the development strategies/principles/development needs and development directions for Baoding's urban spatial structure.Through the planning of Baoding urban space under the influence of transportation,industry and ecology,it is concluded that using a reasonable industrial division to guide the space,use the ecological patterns to control the spatial expansion,and use transportation systems to connect all spaces closely tomake Baoding forming an efficient and flexible urban spatial structure which is “two-axis,multi-center,multi-corridor and multi-group”.The above studies provide ideas for the development of urban spatial structure in Baoding,and provide reference to the cities that similar to Baoding in the development of urban spatial structure.
