Informatization is a global trend in the current era.In the engineering field,BIM technology is the product of the informationization of the times.In recent years,China has given a variety of policy dividends to the development of water conservancy projects,which has led to rapid development and has great development prospects in the future.At the same time,the concept of refined management is constantly deepening in the water conservancy project,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction schedule management work of the water conservancy project.The construction schedule management methods and procedures for the long-distance water transmission tank culvert engineering under the traditional model can no longer meet today's requirements.With the requirements of the development of the times,the arrival of BIM technology conforms to the trend of the times and provides a new method and process for the construction schedule management of long-distance water transmission and culvert engineering.In this paper,the status quo of long-distance water transmission tank culvert construction progress management is comprehensively explained.The advantages of BIM technology in the construction of long-distance water transmission box culvert construction progress management are analyzed,and the construction of long-distance water transmission box culvert construction based on BIM technology is constructed.The progress management implementation process realizes the application of BIM technology in the construction progress management process of long-distance water transmission and culvert engineering,and improves the construction schedule management efficiency of the construction unit and the overall management level of long-distance water transmission box culvert engineering.The findings are as follows:Based on the construction process management method and process of traditional long-distance water transmission tank culverts,combined with the advantages of BIM technology,from the creation of 3D construction models,the preparation of preliminary construction schedules,the creation of 4D construction schedule management platform,and the formation and construction of optimal 4D construction models.The five major aspects of schedule control,etc.,build the implementation process for the construction management of long-distance water transmission box culverts based on BIM technology.Using Revit software to create long-distance water transmission tank culvert engineering terrain model,foundation pit model,water tank culvert structure model and auxiliary construction equipment model,and combine the above models in Revit to form 3D for long distance water transmission tank culvert engineering.The construction model will make the construction information more clear;based on the BIM3 D construction model,the WBS technology will be used to compile the construction schedule of the long distance water transmission box culvert project in the Project software;the 3D construction model will be used in the Navisworks Manage software.The construction schedule is linked and the 4D construction progress management platform is created.In this platform,on the one hand,through the process of simulation and collision detection,the irrationalities in the construction schedule and the 3D construction model are discovered in advance,and they are optimized to form an optimal 4D construction model before construction;On the aspect of construction information integration,construction progress comparison and construction schedule adjustment,etc.,the construction progress control process is more intuitive and the construction schedule control efficiency is more efficient.Taking the long-distance water transmission box culvert project at a certain stage of the first phase of the middle line of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project as an example,the feasibility and rationality of the construction progress management process for long-distance water transmission tank culverts based on BIM technology was verified.This process is more conspicuous than the finer management concept of the construction schedule management process under the traditional model,and has certain application value and practical significance for the construction schedule management of the long-distance water transmission box culvert engineering in the future.
