With the continuous acceleration of the pace of road construction,more and more problems are exposed in the construction stage,in order to find solutions to change the status quo,BIM technology and road construction are combined to explore a new method of road engineering construction management.By consulting the analysis literature,further refining the related problems,determining the key research contents of the road engineering,and making an in-depth study of the progress management of the road engineering in the construction stage.The content of this paper is the research and application of BIM technology in the progress management of road engineering construction stage.Firstly,the related theories of progress management and BIM technology are briefly introduced,which leads to the basic content of this paper,the planning,optimization and control of the progress in the construction stage of road engineering,so as to construct the basic process of progress management in the construction stage of road engineering based on BIM technology.Secondly,the progress management of road engineering construction stage based on BIM technology is optimized,and according to the Progress optimization mathematical formula based on BIM,the two optimization methods of duration-resources and duration-cost are analyzed concretely,and then the progress of road engineering construction stage based on BIM technology is controlled,Combining with the principle of PDCA cycle,this paper tracks and monitors the actual progress information in the field,creates the BIM model,analyzes the progress deviation by using the earned value method according to the information prompt and data extraction of the model,and updates the data synchronously in the model,so as to make the adjustment.Finally,BIM technology is used to construct the three-dimensional model of the actual case,according to the established model attached to the schedule,the generation of 4D model,on the basis of which to make the construction phase of virtual construction,based on the data in the 4-D model,for the road engineering examples of progress optimization and management control,the project analysis and summary.The application of BIM technology to road engineering is proved to be of great application value.
