In recent years,the number and scale of our country's engineering projects are increasing and expanding constantly,because the traditional construction schedule management mode relies too much on the construction experience of previous projects,it makes more difficult to achieve the overall objectives of the engineering project.The introduction of Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology has pushed our country's construction industry to the ranks of comprehensive technological innovation.With the increasing number of construction enterprises using BIM technology,and the benefits brought by the advantages of BIM in project management are very obvious.At the same time,it also provides a new technical means for project construction schedule management to ensure that construction enterprises achieve project management objectives on schedule.Therefore,under this background,it is necessary to explore the construction schedule management of engineering projects based on BIM technology.This thesis summarized the relevant research results at home and abroad,and analysesd the traditional progress management theory,ant colony algorithm theory and BIM technology.It put forward that the construction enterprises should use BIM technology to improve the progress information management of the engineering projects,further analysesd the basic principles and collaborative ways of BIM model construction,and chooses Revit and Navisworks software platform to build BIM 3D model and BIM 4D model for construction progress management.This thesis analysed the path and framework of construction progress management based on BIM technology,and the expected functions of project construction schedule management platform based on BIM technology are conceived.This thesis discussed the work breakdown structure(WBS)and the estimation method of work duration under BIM technology,and put forward the general process of compiling construction schedule based on BIM technology;established a multi-objective comprehensive optimization model of duration-cost-quality,improved the multi-population ant colony algorithm by genetic algorithm,and solved the multi-objective comprehensive optimization model by using Matlab software programming.The non-inferior solutions set and the application of BIM technology combined with ant colony optimization model are given.The construction schedule control based on BIM technology is studied by tracking,comparing and adjusting the construction schedule of the project.This thesis takes an office building construction project as an example to analyze.The BIM-based progress management model and the conceived construction progress management platform are used to assist construction enterprises in implementing project progress management.By solving the non-inferior solutions of the multi-objective comprehensive optimization model,the project construction schedule is scientifically and reasonably compiled,optimized and controlled,and the overall effects and shortcoings of application will be analyzed.Based on the above research,the feasibility of construction schedule management based on BIM technology is verified,which provides a reference basis for construction enterprises in exploring the application of BIM technology to implement project schedule management,and drawn the following conclusions:(1)The BIM construction models are the basis for the implementation of project schedule management in construction enterprises by using the advantages of BIM three-dimensional visual display and four-dimensional dynamic simulation,it helps project construction managers to find,analyze and solve the potential problems in advance.(2)The non-inferior solutions set of the comprehensive optimization model of duration-cost-quality will be obtained through the improved ant colony algorithm,and the construction schedule can be optimized again with BIM technology.So the combination of construction schemes with shorter construction duration,lower cost and better quality can be obtained.(3)The construction progress control based on BIM technology was based on the traditional theory and method of progress control,using technical means to shift the focus of project progress control to pre-control,and through the construction progress management platform based on BIM to help participants to achieve the coordinated management of project construction progress.
