The Research Of Manufacturing Execution Management System For Hull Component Processing Operation

With the advancement of "intelligent manufacturing" and "made in China 2025",China’s manufacturing industry has entered a new historical period.Shipbuilding industry plays a significant role in China’s manufacturing industry,so it has become an important historical necessity to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of shipbuilding industry in China.At the scene of shipbuilding process,the work management is the important basis of shipbuilding management,and application of manufacturing execution system for on-site processing management has become a main trend of the whole shipbuilding industry.At present,the manufacturing execution management system technology is widely used in automobile,medical equipment,aircraft and other equipment manufacturing industry.And it has been applied in shipbuilding industry.Hull component processing work has the important basic link with the process of the first work of shipbuilding.Its operation content is characterized by a large number of components,multiple processes,complex and diverse management points,and a high degree of automation.So the application of manufacturing execution system processing operations management for the hull structure,can more effectively improve the efficiency of ship construction.In this context,this paper discusses the application of the manufacturing execution management system in the process area of the hull component,and the main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Choose a particular vessel manufacturing enterprises as the object to determine the scope of the hull component machining operations,research and analyze the design of the hull structures within the shipyard,the compilation of the operation plan of machining process,formulation of man-hour,equipment layout for each station,personnel organization and the feedback of operation schedule;(2)Apply modern shipbuilding solution.Data analysis and system suitability study on the planning,execution,inspection,and feedback processes of cutting,machining and other operations in the hull component manufacturing operation execution management system;(3)To improve the manufacturing execution management system of ship components in accordance with the results of data analysis and system applicability;(4)In view of the shipbuilding enterprises and the characteristics of manufacturing execution system,puts forward a set of suitable for the shipbuilding enterprise application system implementation scheme,provide the reference for the implementation of the subsequent shipbuilding enterprises.
