As a kind of engineering ship,crane ship has certain status and value in the industry,which can meet the requirements of bridge erection,salvage of sunken ships and elimination of obstacles.However,due to the special working form of crane ship,its hull structure and load are different from other types of ships.Therefore,effective analysis of the strength of the crane's structure plays a very important role in the design process.In this paper,the basic idea of finite element analysis is introduced.The finite element analysis software MSC Patran is used to establish the finite element model of a 1200 ton lifting ship mast,grilled rod,grilled rod base and mast base.By using finite element software MSC Nastran,the strength of a 1200 t crane ship is analyzed from four working conditions: windy,windless,boom lifting and testing.Under the lifting condition of the boom,it is divided into 6 different lifting angles.According to the relevant specifications,the load,load and wind load are calculated by direct calculation method,and the load combination and application method under different working conditions are analyzed,and the stability is checked.The final calculation results and the stress cloud chart show that other components can meet the requirements under all working conditions except that the stress of the pedestal base and the lifting rod are too large under the experimental conditions.In view of the stress concentration phenomenon in the base of the grilled rod and the grilled rod in the experimental condition,this paper analyzes the reason of the load transfer and the excessive stress from the angle of force transmission.Then,starting from the reasons for change,combined with the original structural features,two kinds of structural strengthening and improving schemes are designed for the three different structural components.Through the finite element software calculation,from the equivalent stress,the normal stress and the shear stress three aspects of the check comparison of the pedestal,from the equivalent stress of the check comparison of the scraper,and finally choose the optimal structure to strengthen the scheme.In this paper,the strength checking method and structural strengthening plan analysis of the key components of crane ship are of some reference value to the designers of crane ship.
