At present,most of China’s water pumping stations run inefficiently and waste energy seriously,and for a long time,large-scale drainage works make the resource consumption huge.How to make the water conservancy pumping station run economically,reduce energy consumption,improve the pumping station operating efficiency,and effectively achieve the efficient operation of the water pumping unit has become an important research direction of the operation and management of pumping station.This paper designs a set of monitoring information system of water conservancy pumping station based on Java EE technology in Wangyu River pumping station of Changshu water conservancy project,which can provide analysis and acquisition of water conservancy pump station energy saving boot scheme for water conservancy pumping station administrator and support historical Data query,the preparation of the work log and other functions.Firstly,several optimization guidelines for optimal operation of water pumping station are analyzed.On the basis of this,the optimized mathematical model for energy saving of water pumping station is emphatically studied.Secondly,semantic ontology technology for pumping station status and pump stand-alone status are analyzed and semantically linked,and the ontology model is constructed and implemented through the Protégé tool.Then,two schemes of ontology reasoning combined with intelligent optimization algorithm are designed in this paper.First,the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the booting scheme.Second,the ant colony algorithm is combined with the genetic algorithm to solve the booting scheme.Both schemes complete the ontology reasoning through the ontology reasoning rules extracted from the history booting scheme,and combine the optimization algorithm with the energy-saving algorithm after the initial booting scheme is inferred.Finally,on this basis,a set of monitoring information system based on JavaEE is designed and implemented,and a systematic test is carried out.Under the condition of designated water regime,the energy saving is accomplished through the system in this paper.The test results show that the water conservancy pumping station monitoring information system and energy-saving optimization method designed in this paper are feasible and reasonable.Compared with other water conservancy pumping station energy-saving operation methods,the proposed method has better solution,with good practicability and innovation.The main contents of this paper include:1.Research and analysis of optimal operation model of water pump station;2.Analysis and design of semantic ontology in the field of energy-saving dispatch of water pump stations;3.Design a solution of ontology reasoning and improved genetic algorithm to solve the scheme of saving energy and turning on the water pump station;Design a solution of ontology reasoning combined with improved ant colony algorithm to solve the energy-saving startup plan of water pump station;4.Design a set of water conservancy pumping station monitoring information system based on Java EE technology,and make comparative analysis of energy saving effect.
