A Company’s Auto Parts Production Procurement Management Problem Research

Under the background of social development and the progress of the times,domestic and foreign market competition has entered a new stage,especially enterprises will face more challenges,and procurement management costs are also an important link that affects the overall operating costs and benefits of enterprises.At this stage,if we can grasp reasonable procurement management methods,we can not only achieve the improvement of product quality,but also provide a certain premise for the accelerated operation of products,fundamentally achieve the goal of optimizing the transformation and allocation of internal resources of the enterprise,and can also help in a deeper level.A good cooperative relationship has been established between enter and suppliers.First of all,on the basis of introducing some domestic and foreign theories related to procurement management and relevant practical experience,this paper determines the research framework of the paper,and summarizes the concepts of procurement management,cost management,logistics,value chain theory,procurement Management theory and activity-based costing theory and other related theories have laid the theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,analyze the current status of parts procurement management of A company from four aspects:parts procurement process,procurement cost,supplier management,and logistics management.Based on the current situation,this paper analyzes some problems and causes in the procurement and parts management of A company from the above four aspects,and then puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in these four aspects combined with optimization.Finally,from the three aspects of organizational guarantee,system guarantee and information guarantee,the guarantee measures for the optimization scheme of parts procurement management of A company are proposed.
