With the deepening of global trade integration since entering the new century,the domestic automobile industry has developed rapidly,and many other industries have flooded into automobile manufacturing.This has increased competition in the automobile industry.Although the automobile manufacturing industry as a whole presents a good development trend,it still faces pressure and competition from all sides.Due to the development of modern society and enterprises,the traditional procurement management modes are difficult to meet the needs of enterprises.Some researchers analyze enterprise management and put forward the theory of supply chain management.These theories have critical guiding significance for the operation and management of modern enterprises.and explores what kind of purchasing management mode auto parts enterprises should adopt from the perspective of supply chain.In recent years,the division of labor in China's automobile industry has been improved day by day,and many automobile groups have set up separate parts companies.As the process of world economic integration progresses gradually,in order to reinforce the cost,some automobile groups has begun to adopt large-scale procurement method,and the products provided by spare parts enterprises are also oriented to the wider customer base.The changes of social environment and economic environment have intensified the market competition of auto parts industry.Parts enterprises must improve and optimize their procurement management strategies in this competitive environment if they want to achieve their own development goals.For further analysis how to improve and optimize the purchasing management mode of auto parts enterprises,the author firstly combs and analyzes the research on the procurement management of auto parts enterprises in China and other countries,theninvestigates and analyzes M auto parts company on this basis,it mainly summarizes the current management situation of the company from the four perspectives of supplier management,procurement strategy and process,and organization,and then evaluates the company's current procurement management status based on performance evaluation system,procurement cost control,supplier management and the procurement evaluation system analyzes in four aspects.This article believes that M Auto Parts Company's procurement management organization has repeated conflicts of staffing responsibilities,repeated approvals in the procurement approval process;the lack of a holistic concept in procurement cost control,and the cost-setting of objectives is conservative;the lack of supplier collaboration and optimization in supplier management process and classification management system,lack of new energy field supplier management experience.This article uses supply chain management concepts and thoughts to deeply analyze the M company's current procurement management problems and shortcomings,and then proposes corresponding optimization measures.It includes: optimize the organizational structure and approval process,optimization of procurement cost control,improvement of supplier management and improve performance indicator system.It is hoped that this research will provide a useful reference for the procurement management of China's auto parts companies and manufacturing companies,and help these companies integrate their own supply chain resources,strengthen inventory management and cost control,establish a good cooperative relationship between manufacturers and suppliers,so as to improve the standard level of parts procurement management.There is some innovation in research perspective.
