Continuous conveying machine is a kind of machine which can carry out the continuous transportation of granular materials or articles along a given route.It is an indispensable part of the transport line with efficient flow operations.Bucket hoist is a vertical continuous conveying equipment for granular materials.It has the advantages of high transport efficiency,small space occupation,superior performance and so on,which can realize intelligent transportation.Hoist is mainly used for lifting powder granular,granular or small granular material.According to the requirements of different production,the hoist can cooperate with other conveyors such as feeder,screw conveyor,belt conveyor and so on,thus forming a variety of conveying systems to transport scattered materials.So,the bucket Type hoist has been widely used in building materials,chemical industry,electric power,machinery,metallurgy,non-ferrous metal,grain and so on,and has become an indispensable equipment in modern continuous transportation.Bucket hoist unloading methods include gravity unloading,centrifugal unloading and mixed unloading.At present,the research on discharging process of bucket hoist is analyzed by using analytical method and computer software.Compared with the traditional method of drawing feature points,the method simulates the unloading process of bucket hoist by using computer according to the graphic principle,and the calculation is accurate and quick.However,the method only studies the material dumping trajectory and does not analyze the factors that affect the discharge efficiency.In this paper,the centrifugal discharge of bucket hoist is taken as the research object,and the characteristics of the slip surface of the granular material when the hopper is running to different stages are analyzed.When the hopper is running to different stages,the force balance equation of the granular material on the slip surface is established,and the differential equation of the motion of the granular material in the hopper is deduced.According to the relative velocity of the slip surfaceand the circumferential velocity of the material particles rotating with the hopper,the velocity of the material leaving the hopper is derived,and the motion equation of the particle is obtained after it is thrown out by the hopper.The discrete element simulation software EDEM is used to simulate the centrifugal unloading of bucket hoist,and the effect of hopper speed,hopper spacing and hopper loading rate on unloading effect is analyzed.Finally,the shape of hopper is improved,and the hopper is improved.The simulation is carried out.
