Loaders are widely used in highway construction,high-speed railway construction,construction industry,ports and mines,as high energy consumption products,energy efficient performance more and more attention by the industry.In order to reduce the resistance of the shovel operation and improve the efficiency of the loader,this paper starts from the analysis of the work resistance,and uses the four-parameter method to analyze the cross-section parameters of the loader working device in the whole process.Research,and to a company 5 tons loader for the application,by optimizing the bucket structure,effectively improve the bucket loading efficiency,full complement factor and loader fuel economy,improve the loader market competitiveness.In this paper,the material characteristics of the bucket material of rock material and its loader are studied by using the contact model of Hertz-Mindlin in DEM.The intrinsic parameters of the material are obtained by referring to the literature,and the contact coefficient is rubbed.Recovery coefficient and static friction coefficient were measured.Based on the basic theory of bulk mechanics,considering the relationship between the interaction between the bulk materials and the interaction between the bulk material and the parts of the mechanical equipment,the simulation model is established in EDEM according to the actual situation.The simulation results show that the method is reliable and reasonable,which provides a method basis for the follow-up bucket-type optimization.The simulation results show that the proposed method is effective and feasible.Based on the EDEM simulation software,the optimization design of the four-parameter loader bucket is studied based on the bucket insertion resistance and the bucket bucket coefficient as the evaluation standard.From the point of view of the mechanics optimization and energy efficiency of the loader,Loader machine performance improvement,in order to obtain better economic benefits.The finite element analysis of the bucket model of the optimized loader is carried out.The motion parameters are set by the actual shovel curve provided by an enterprise.The simulation is carried out in EDEM to obtain the unit force on the bucket and input into the finite element,So as to obtain a more accurate external load,the deformation of the bucket,the strain was analyzed.
