Design Research On Public Space In Elderly Facilities Based On Elderly Space Satisfaction

With the deepening of the aging process in China,the demand for pension institutions is increasing.Public space serves as an important place for elderly people to live and live in the pension institution,so that they can have a rest and exchange,recreation,physical exercise and cultural study.But what about the actual use of these Spaces? Can it meet the physical and mental needs of the elderly? What about the old people’s true attitude towards these Spaces? At home,these problems are less studied.In this article,through investigate pension to live the old man to the satisfaction of public space,from the perspective of users,in-depth endowment agencies have been completed at the use of public space,analysis the elderly pension agency the attitude and the specific requirements of the public space,and discuss the pros and cons of existing building space,after appropriate design strategy based on the results of the survey research,public space design for the future pension institutions provide effective Suggestions.The paper follows the basic logic of research thinking,which is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which is the basic research of the thesis.In detail elaborated the paper research background,research purpose and meaning,research contents and methods,analysis of pension institution public space research at home and abroad are summarized,pension institution live old man satisfaction research status quo and development trends.The second part is the second and the third chapter,through the survey of the elderly’s spatial satisfaction analysis of the existing pension institutions public space.The second chapter introduces the present situation of the public space of the existing pension institution,including the spatial pattern and space type,and analyzes the characteristics and needs of the elderly.The third chapter in the second chapter on the basis of jinhua city social welfare center,hangzhou harmony old people apartment and hangzhou bo a warm home to live the old space satisfaction research,first elaborated the application in pension institutions in the public space satisfaction research significance;Then the object,subject and content of the investigation are determined.Then,the content of the questionnaire was determined by means of literature research and research status,and the data were collected by using behavioral observation method,questionnaire method and interview method.Finally,by collating and analyzing the data,the results of the survey are obtained and the actual support is provided for the next part of the design strategy.The third part is the fourth chapter,which is the main body of the thesis.Fourth chapter through the analysis and scientific data to support,combined with the two aspects of survey and satisfaction investigation,sums up the elderly pension institution of public space in a specific,and put forward the corresponding design strategy,including the "home" atmosphere of living environment design strategy,promote the social environment of communication design strategy,provides the auxiliary transportation space design strategy and the detail design strategy based on thermal comfort.The fourth part is the design practice,combined with the endowment agencies satisfaction survey of public space and the above research conclusion,public space design strategy of pension mechanism used in the instance in detail in this paper.The fifth part is the conclusion,which is the innovation point of this paper.This paper expounds the application of space satisfaction research in the public space design of the pension institution and the proposed design strategy of the same kind of design,and then looks into the future research.
