With the development of the country's economy and the advancement of urbanization,the urban population continues to grow while building energy consumption remains high.Chongqing is located in hot and cold winter areas of the Yangtze River basin.It is hot in summer,cold in winter,and high in humidity throughout the year.The indoor thermal environment is deteriorating.In terms of residential buildings in the area,heating,heating and air conditioning energy consumption has a high proportion,and residents have higher and higher requirements for the residential environment.In order to further understand the energy habits and energy consumption characteristics of the residents in the area,and specifically to optimize the heating and air conditioning energy consumption optimization program,for improving the indoor residential comfort environment and reducing building energy consumption is of great significance.In this paper,three methods,including field survey,actual monitoring platform,and energy consumption simulation,were used to conduct in-depth research on energy consumption characteristics of residential heating and air conditioning in Chongqing area.The research contents mainly include the following four aspects:(1)A survey of about 500 households in the main urban area of Chongqing to understand the current status of local housing and the basic use of air conditioners.Summarize the typical residential model and the basic conditions of residents in Chongqing city,and qualitatively understand the characteristics of residents in the area of the use of room air conditioners-"high summer endurance,diverse winter heating behavior,and large differences in energy demand."(2)Acquired the big data of the room air conditioner cloud platform,analyzed the real-time use parameter data of the air conditioning samples in the main urban area of Chongqing,and concluded that the air conditioning energy features are mainly reflected in: 70% of the annual consumption of air conditioning samples is 50kwh-200 kwh,The demand in summer is higher than in winter.Residents prefer continuous use of airconditioners.The frequency of overnight use in bedrooms is high.The set temperature is 26°C,which is mainly in medium and high temperature,and the Gini coefficient of energy consumption is 0.59.In winter,the habits of different residents vary widely and are often used intermittently.The set temperature is 30°C,and the Gini coefficient of energy consumption is 0.87.(3)Based on the parameters of energy consumption and usage habits of the room air conditioner,the cluster analysis of the measured air conditioning samples was conducted using SPSS software.The typical operating modes of ten kinds of room air conditioners were proposed through two-level clustering.Each model has different usage.Energy characteristics and setting habits can provide data support for further energy simulation.(4)Based on the classification results,using DEST-H to simulate the energy consumption of a typical residential building and ten typical operation modes in Chongqing urban area,the simulated energy consumption can reflect the general situation of measured energy consumption and the changing trend.Then,three optimization schemes,namely optimization of external protection structure,temperature optimization,and ventilation optimization,were established to conduct comparative studies.Energy conservation strategies for different energy use modes were proposed: For users with high winter demand,the optimization of the envelope structure can bring Relatively good energy-saving effect,and concentrated in the use of air-conditioning cooling users in the summer,the set temperature control has a greater impact on energy consumption;summer season ventilation optimization in the transition season,energy-saving effect is limited,less than 10%.
